Operatives who carry out only labouring /driving duties in support of scaffold operations.
Pre-Requisites
From 1st January 2018, delegates must have successfully completed a CITB Health and Safety and Environment Test within 2 years prior to attending the CISRS COTS course. CISRS do accept some other industry recognised Health and Safety qualifications as an exemption to the CITB HS&E Test. Those listed below must be completed within 2 years of the date of application.

- IOSH Working Safely/IOSH Managing Safely/IOSH
- Directing Safely
- FAS Safe Pass
- NEBOSH (General/Construction/International/) H&S Certificate
- SMSTS Certificate
- SSSTS Certificate

- Current CCNSG Safety Passport (SCATS)
- Current CCNSG Safety Passport Supervisor (SCATS)
- Current MIST/BOSIET/OPITO Approved Offshore Certificate

Delegates successfully completing the course will receive a Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS) accredited certificate.
Following completions of the CISRS Construction Operative Training Scheme (COTS) you will be issued with an attendance certificate. If you would like to apply for a CISRS Scaffolder Labourer or Trainee card you must hold a current Health & Safety Qualification within the last 2 years and apply for your card within 2 years of completing your course.
